Shipping policy

• Order processing takes 5-7 days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note we ship orders Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries. 

• To maintain the frozen state of your items during transit, we pack shipments with dry ice. Exercise caution when unpacking your order. Avoid direct contact with dry ice and allow it to evaporate in the cooler.

• To insulate the package, we use Green Cell Foam. Green Cell Foam is certified compostable in industrial facilities and can even be dissolved in a sink for safe and easy disposal. This unique material combines exceptional cushioning and thermal insulating protection while protecting the planet.
